Kandace Zimmerman

Kandace Zimmerman holds the title of Partner and Director at HKA since April 2020. Previously, Kandace served as a Lead Associate at McMillen Jacobs Associates from September 2015 to April 2020, providing construction consulting services focused on claims analysis, mitigation, scheduling, productivity analysis, scope of work, damages, and contract administration. Prior experience includes a role as Construction Scheduler/Assistant Project Manager at MIDMOUNTAIN CONTRACTORS INC, where Kandace managed schedule updates and change orders for the Seawall project in Seattle. From March 2004 to September 2014, Kandace worked as an Associate at ASSESS Project Services, LLC, developing and maintaining schedules for multi-million dollar projects and conducting forensic analysis. Kandace earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Seattle University between 1997 and 2001.
