Jessica Hodgson

Jessica Hodgson currently serves as the Vice President of People at Photonic Inc. since February 2024 and as a Managing Partner at Moonshot Associates since May 2023, where the focus is on providing fractional leadership and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, emphasizing making HR processes easier. Previous roles include VP of People and Culture at VINN Automotive, Director of Human Resources at Later, and Director of Operations at Fatigue Science, where Jessica played a key role in shaping HR and operational strategies in fast-paced environments. Additional experience includes partnerships with organizational leaders at HootSuite as a Talent Advisor and managing KPMG Canada's Employer Brand as Talent Attraction Manager. Jessica began the career journey at CIBC as an HR Associate in a rotational development program and at KPMG as a Senior Coordinator for Campus Recruitment. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Contemporary Studies from Ryerson University, obtained in 2007.
