Carol L is a Senior Project Officer (Business Support) at HKQAA since December 2022, contributing to the Finance Business Team. Previously, Carol served as a Marketing Communications Executive at CUHK Business School from February to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing social media strategies and enhancing visual design for undergraduate communications. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Officer at the Hong Kong Tourism Board from November 2019 to October 2021, focusing on managing funding schemes for over 500 travel agents. Carol began a career in content development as a Research Writer at TVB during a brief tenure in summer 2018. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree from Hong Kong Baptist University.
