Courtney Krause

Courtney Krause, AIA, currently serves as an Associate and Project Designer at HKS, Inc., a position held since November 2019, with previous roles including Associate Project Architect and Job Captain. In addition to professional practice, Courtney Krause has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lawrence Technological University, teaching the design studio course "Space and Empathy" in early 2025. Prior to HKS, Courtney Krause worked as a Design Professional at Hamilton Anderson Associates and as a Research Assistant at Morcillo Pallares + Rule arquitectos. Earlier experience includes roles as an Architectural Designer at Harley Ellis Devereaux and an internship at The Los Angeles Design Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from the University of Michigan.
