Deborah Sweetland, MBA, FACHE, EDAC, is a seasoned professional in healthcare strategy and facility planning with over a decade of experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of the Clinical Solutions & Research Group at HKS Inc since March 2011, Sweetland specializes in strategic, operational, and master facility planning for healthcare environments. Prior to this role, Sweetland was a consultant and speaker on healthcare trends at Sweetland Consulting and held senior management positions at Hennepin County Medical Center and Allina Hospitals & Clinics, focusing on strategy management and business development. Sweetland holds an MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from the University of South Florida and a Certification in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota.
