Adam Tatz has a diverse range of work experience in the creative field. Adam started their career as an Art Director at MRM Worldwide, where they worked on online advertisements and websites for clients such as Intel, Verizon, and Mastercard. After their promotion, they joined Momentum Worldwide as an Art Director, focusing on concept and design development for digital and physical experiences for clients including Nike, HP, and American Express. Adam then moved on to mcgarrybowen as a Senior Art Director, where they specialized in interactive art direction and concept development for Verizon's Innovations team and Droid. As a Freelance Senior Art Director/Designer, Adam provided their services to various clients before joining RAPP as an Associate Creative Director. At RAPP, they led the NY design team and worked on concept development and execution for digital, CRM, and social media campaigns for clients such as HP, Spectrum Business, and American Family Insurance. Adam then joined Capco as a Creative Director, overseeing all creative, UI, and branding work for financial clients in the North East region. Adam later joined The Sandbox Agency, which later became MERGE, as a Creative Director, where they managed American Express clients and Montefiore on various ad campaigns and collateral materials. In their most recent role as Creative Director at HLK, Adam continues to lead creative efforts. Adam also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Five Towns College. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated their expertise in creative leadership, team management, and concept development across various industries and clients.

Adam Tatz graduated from the University of Delaware in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communications- Graphic Design. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in UX Research: Journey Mapping and Talent Management from LinkedIn in July 2022 and June 2022 respectively.
