Balakumaran Soundararajan

Balakumaran Soundararajan currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at HLL LIFECARE LIMITED since August 2016. In addition to this role, Balakumaran has worked as a Marketing & Admin Coordinator at Quick Heal since April 2014 and held positions as Supervisor & Admin Incharge and Trainee at Lakshmi Blue Metals from June 2009 to May 2012. Prior experience includes an In-plant Traineeship at Pentasoft Technologies Limited in June 2007. Balakumaran holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and HR from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Noorul Islam College of Engineering, achieved in 2009. Educational background also includes completion of secondary education at Annai Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 2002 to 2005.
