Dean Taylor currently serves as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at HME, focusing on enhancing sales growth through a data-driven sales execution model. Previously, Dean held the position of Director of Sales Operations & Analytics at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, where efforts were concentrated on innovating the sales process and implementing a data-oriented culture. At Emerald, Dean developed a new Sales Operations team and launched strategies to improve revenue and seller motivation. Earlier experience includes leading a Commercial Center of Excellence at Amgen, running a consulting business through Tay-Indie Analytics, and managing global sales operations at Netlist, Inc. and Mindspeed Technologies. Dean obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from San Diego State University and has furthered education through programs at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, The Wharton School, and The Brooks Group.
