Prem Krishnan

Prem Krishnan is a seasoned leader in studio operations and creative direction, currently serving as the Head of Studio Operations at Meta's Camouflaj since August 2022, where responsibilities include fostering studio culture, managing cross-disciplinary teams, and mentoring for career development. With extensive experience as an Artist and Illustrator for No.64 since 1999, and previous roles such as Director of People and Process and Producer in various capacities at Camouflaj, Prem has a proven track record in enhancing team dynamics and implementing strategic solutions. Prior experience includes significant positions at Aquent managing Microsoft accounts, as well as roles at Red Fly Studio, Zipper Interactive, and Microsoft, demonstrating a robust background in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin and further studies at The Art Institutes and Bellevue College.
