Jennifer Quigley

Jennifer Quigley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at HME since August 2022, Jennifer previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Meggitt and Human Resources Business Partner at Custopharm, Inc. Jennifer co-founded Break the Ice Mom! and has developed successful HR initiatives, including an Employee Recognition Program and Office Wellness Initiative. Prior experience includes positions at Sullivan Solar Power and Stamps.com, where Jennifer built a solid foundation in human resources. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and an Associate's degree from Mira Costa College.
