Brad Herron

Brad Herron, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Director of FP&A - Financial Transformation at enGen since May 2022, Herron previously held the position of Director of FP&A at Papa John's International, where significant contributions included partnering with the Chief Insights and Technology Officer and leading the development of the Annual Operating Plan. With a tenure at NASCO, Herron held various roles culminating as Senior Controller, successfully driving revenue growth and achieving major cost savings through implementing strategic financial initiatives. Herron began a career in finance as an Accountant at ADERANT, where processes were standardized for international teams. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
