Dan Baumgart

Dan Baumgart currently serves as the Manager of Cloud Operations OS at enGen, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Dan Baumgart has had a long tenure at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield since 1999, where roles included Manager of Cloud Operations for operating systems, Manager of Enterprise Monitoring and Service Management, and Service Manager/Senior Network Engineer. Responsibilities have encompassed implementing and supporting performance monitoring across the enterprise and managing both voice and data networks. Dan Baumgart also held the position of Network Engineer at the University of Pittsburgh from 1992 to 1999. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, and Physics from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained from 1989 to 1999.
