Daniel Ulrich

Daniel Ulrich is a skilled professional with extensive experience in database administration and application security testing. Currently serving as Team Manager for Application Security Testing at enGen since January 2022, Daniel previously held a Database Administrator role at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York from May 2013 to December 2021. In this capacity, responsibilities included implementing monitoring for SQL Servers, migrating SQL server environments, automating DBA tasks, and providing operational support across numerous SQL Servers. Daniel also contributed to AWS operational support, security remediation, and documentation efforts. Prior to these roles, Daniel gained valuable experience through internships in database administration and systems administration. Daniel holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a BA in Information Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
