Jim Sanders

James Sanders is an experienced user experience designer currently serving as the Lead User Experience Designer at enGen since February 2016. With a focus on improving user experience through Google Design Sprints and Human Centered Design Thinking, James has earned several certifications, including Forrester CX-1 and SAFe 5 Agilist. Previous roles include Web Project Manager at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where James managed website development and accessibility initiatives, and Director of Creative Services at NIC Inc., overseeing creative and UX/UI teams. James's extensive background in web design, project management, and accessibility, combined with a solid educational foundation in Design and Visual Art, positions James as a skilled leader in enhancing user experiences across various platforms.
