Laura Keller

Laura Keller is an experienced leader in user experience and design strategy with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Highmark Health, Laura has developed user-centered design practices and strategies that enhance digital health experiences. Prior to this, Laura held senior leadership roles at NTT DATA, contributing to customer experience excellence through innovative transformation roadmaps and design thinking approaches. Previous experience includes work as an independent researcher, director of experience architecture, and strategic leadership at organizations like MISI and Rosetta, where Laura focused on user research and design methodologies to improve client services. Laura holds a BA in English from Salisbury University and an MS in Web and Information Design from Northeastern University.
