Rachel Attinello

Rachel Attinello is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Planning & Performance and Chief of Staff at enGen since December 2021. Previously, Rachel held multiple positions at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from July 2013 to December 2021, including Business Relationship Director and Program Director in the IT Transformation Office. Earlier in the career, Rachel worked as an Acting Consumer Safety Officer at the FDA and as a Lab Technician at Arkema. Rachel earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Chemistry from Drexel University.
