Rob Engle

Rob Engle currently serves as the Manager of Mainframe Systems at enGen since June 2022 and has held a managerial role at Highmark Health since January 2016, focusing on zSystems including z/OS, CICS, DB2, and IMS, with an emphasis on talent recruitment and retention. Previous positions include management roles at HM Health Solutions overseeing Collaboration Solutions and End User Services, as well as at Highmark, where responsibility encompassed SharePoint and various critical technologies. Engle began their career as an Internet Administrator at Highmark Medicare Services, managing Internet and intranet development. Engle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1984 and 1986.
