Frank Shipley

Frank Shipley is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in law and customer service. Currently serving as a Higher Officer at HM Revenue & Customs since March 2019, Frank also contributes to Edge Hill University as a Law Alumni Committee Member and previously held the position of President of the Student Law and Criminology Society, where effective leadership led to the successful restructuring of the society's committee.
