Nigel Dominey

Nigel Dominey is a seasoned professional in resourcing and recruitment, currently serving as an Executive Resourcing Senior Civil Service at HM Revenue & Customs since March 2020. Prior to this role, Nigel worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at Project One, focusing on change and transformation for blue-chip companies, and as a Client Relationship Manager at Jobtrain Solutions, where the implementation of ATS software for various industries was successfully led. As Resourcing Manager for Thomas Pink Shirtmaker, a part of LVMH, Nigel transformed the recruitment and training functions within an 18-month period. Previous positions include Recruitment and Development Manager at Selfridges and Head of Men's RTW & Personal Tailoring at Burberry, among others. Nigel holds a BA (Hons) in History & Sociology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
