Sam Murray-Sutton is an experienced user researcher and digital content manager, currently working at HM Revenue & Customs and as a consultant user researcher at Opencast since 2023. With a long tenure at Norfolk County Council, beginning in 2018, Sam has effectively managed a team of content and front-end designers and introduced systematic project briefing using MS DevOps. Sam has also played a pivotal role in enhancing the information architecture for adult social care areas and coaching team members in user-centered design and analytics. Previous roles include freelance visual and interaction design, digital and design officer at Snape Maltings, and graphic design positions at Setfire Media and Ultimate Holding Company. Sam holds a BA(hons) in Philosophy from The University of Manchester.
