Elke Willems

Elke Willems possesses extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as a Logistics Strategist and Global Training Responsible at H&M Group since August 2016. In this role, Elke has been instrumental in the development and delivery of global end-user training for SAP implementation, focusing on optimizing training approaches and managing change activities to ensure successful software adaptations. Prior to H&M Group, Elke held various positions at Atlas Copco, including Supply Chain Developer, Logistics Professional, and Supply Chain Coordinator, where key contributions included improving lead times, streamlining order flow, and enhancing customer service. Elke holds a Bachelor's degree from Hogeschool PXL.
