Pramodini Makehelwala

Pramodini Makehelwala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and analysis within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Owner at H&M Group since January 2017, Pramodini has defined product scope, developed a product vision and roadmap, and guided teams in agile methodologies while transforming the organization to prioritize customer-centric approaches. Prior to this role, engagement with stakeholders as a Requirements Analyst/Business Analyst emphasized translating business processes into functional requirements. Pramodini founded BLOQMODE Handelsbolaget from January 2015 to December 2016 and completed a research-focused traineeship at CGI regarding regulatory compliance in cloud computing for financial services. Earlier experience includes a software engineering position at Janashakthi Insurance PLC in Sri Lanka, encompassing software development, requirement analysis, and team leadership. Pramodini holds a Master’s degree in Computer and System Sciences with a focus on IT management from Stockholm University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
