Hassan Shakeel has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Hassan started their career in 2010 at Hybrid IT Services as a BDE/Network Support, where they provided software solutions to clients, managed and troubleshooted network issues, and handled sales and market research. In 2011, they joined Siyana Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. - Nokia / Microsoft Care Pakistan as a RND Engineer, involved in project management, product analysis, and customer feedback coordination. Hassan later became a Project Manager, responsible for CRM strategies, market trends research, vendor management, and project analysis. In 2014, Hassan joined OPPO as a Manager in Product Management and Brand Image. Their role included key account management, product roadmap planning, market research, and brand marketing strategies. In 2015, they worked at Fonescape Communications (Pvt) Ltd as the Head of Technical and Sales Operations, focusing on product management, CRM, and after-sales customer services. Hassan developed strategies, managed budgets, collaborated with various departments, and analyzed market trends for product improvement. In 2016, Hassan worked at Airlink Communication as the National Customer Service Manager, responsible for customer service operations. Currently, they are working at HMD Global as the Head of Operations Local Assembly, overseeing operations and caring for Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Oman.
Hassan Shakeel completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunication from the National University of Modern Languages. Hassan pursued their education at the university from 2006 to 2009.
