Marcelo Masuda began their career as an Engineer Intern at CTEEP, where they worked on maintenance and short-circuit studies for overhead transmission lines. Marcelo then moved on to Furukawa as a Planning Engineer before transitioning to the role of CDMA SW Test Engineer at Ericsson. Marcelo's work experience also includes various roles at Nokia, including R&D Field Test Engineer, Test Solutions Engineer, Technical Acceptance Manager, and Test Manager. Marcelo then joined Microsoft as a Test Manager, where they supported R&D tests in Latin America and coordinated field tests to ensure compliance with regulations and operator requirements. Marcelo later worked at Intel Corporation as a Software Validation Test Engineer, supporting KPI and field testing for smartphones. Currently, Marcelo is working at HMD Global as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for technical approval processes and product management for Brazilian operators and retail.
Marcelo Masuda earned their Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
