Pm le Ngoc Phong

Le Ngoc Phong, MBA PM, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Le Ngoc started their career at CT-IN JSC, a subsidiary of VNPT, where they worked as a Technical Officer from September 2001 to April 2004.

Le Ngoc then joined UTStarcom in April 2004 and served as an RF Engineer until December 2006. From January 2007 to February 2009, they held the position of Pre-sales Technical Manager at UTStarcom.

In March 2009, Phong moved to Gtel Mobile as the Product Development cum IDD&IR Manager. Le Ngoc was responsible for the development and management of Value Added Service products, as well as international services such as IDD and Roaming. During their tenure, they successfully launched the IDD service and achieved a 25% growth in Roaming revenue. Le Ngoc also collaborated with various departments, evaluated vendor proposals, managed product implementation, and supervised content providers.

Phong's next career move was to Nokia in November 2012, where they served as a TS Manager. Le Ngoc'srole involved managing technical support and ensuring the timely delivery of services until March 2014.

In 2014, Phong joined Microsoft as a Technical Account Manager from April to December, and then transitioned into the role of Technology Solution Professional from January 2015 to November 2016.

Most recently, Phong has been working at HMD Global since December 2016 as a Market Access Manager. Further details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Le Ngoc Phong, MBA PM, has a diverse education history. In 1996, Phong enrolled at the University of Polytechnic - HCM National University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecom and Electronics. Le Ngoc completed this program in 2001.

In 2011, Phong attended PACE School for Leadership and Management, where they undertook a course in Management for Middle Managers. Later, in 2013, Phong enrolled in LEE HETCH HARRISON for a project management course.

Most recently, in 2021, Phong began their Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Columbia Southern University, focusing on Project Management. Le Ngoc successfully completed this program in October 2022 and obtained their MBA degree from Columbia Southern University.
