Sriram Rajagopalan

Sriram Rajagopalan is currently the Head of Care Operations-APAC at HMD, overseeing aftersales operations across 12 countries in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Sriram held positions at Flex as Manager Operations, Microsoft as Reverse Supply Chain Operations Manager, Nokia as Care Competency Development Manager, TVS-E Servicetec as Program Manager, and Bright Point India Pvt Ltd as Asst. Manager Services. Sriram holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics, an MBA in Retail Operations, and is currently pursuing an Executive Management Development Programme on Supply Chain Strategy & Management.
