Fleet Manager- Dispatcher

A reputable US based Logistics company is seeking dynamic and driven dispatcher to join our team at Telsiai, Klaipeda or Vilnius office. 

Your key responsibility is to execute the daily processes and activities involved in all aspects of a truckload shipment. This multi-faceted position has you accountable for managing a group of drivers and executing dispatch functions, along with ensuring customer service commitments are being met.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and allocate drivers to optimize their productivity and earnings

• Maintain regular contact with drivers throughout the day

• Collaborate with our dispatch team to adjust the routes as needed to meet customer requirements

• Foster strong relationships with both drivers and customers

• Provide exceptional customer service to our  freight brokers and customer

Qualification:

• Ability to work evening hours from 15:00 to 12:00

• Fluent English

• Professional demeanor with a team-oriented approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to multitask efficiently

• Good geographical knowledge of the US
