Job Description, duties and responsibilities:

This role is responsible for invoicing & billing processes, checking for invoicing statuses, communicating with customers about payment details and resolving related issues.

This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Work on Aging Reports (calling/emailing customers)

  2. Analysis of receivables and problem-solving skills

  3. Checking on invoices statuses for the billing processes

  4. Coordinate in a timely manner with the supervisor in case there are some issues.

Knowledge and skills required:

  1. Multitasking, proactiveness

  2. Attention to details

  3. Excellent written and verbal skills

  4. Degree in Accounting/Finance is a big plus

  5. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.

  6. Experience in invoicing & billings.

  7. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.

  8. Intermediate MS Excel skills.

  9. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.

  10. Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm Local Time) (9:00am - 6:00pm CST)

Job Type: Full-time

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 72820, San Andrés Cholula, Pue.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting / Invoicing & Billings: 1 year (Preferred)

  • English (Required)
