Job Description: 

HMD Trucking Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated Support Engineer who wants to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry-leading organization that consistently sets new standards.

Experience and desired skills:

• Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)

• Verbal communication and listening

• Technical and software knowledge

• Problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure

• Time-management and multitasking

• Experience working as an IT specialist (onboarding new users, building PC's, managing phone systems)

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the software team's support channels

• Working with the software team to document issues and determine priorities

• Testing the software team's latest updates and approve them before they are released to users

• Creating documentation detailing the latest updates to the software products
