Karina Innadindya

Karina Innadindya is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in product and business development. As a Co-Founder and Chief of Product & Business Development at HMNS since September 2019, Karina oversees a diverse portfolio, including HMNS Perfume, Home of Humans, Body of Humans, and Not for Humans. In addition to this role, Karina serves as Co-Founder and Partner at PT Akselerator Perintis Ganesha, focusing on sourcing founders for early-stage DTC start-ups in Indonesia. Previous positions include Founding Partner at Efektifkreatif, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at NAH Project, and Business Development Associate at Brodo Ganesha Indonesia. Karina’s career began with roles aimed at increasing brand awareness and supporting students, alongside academic contributions as a Laboratory Assistant in engineering at Universitas Padjadjaran, where a Bachelor of Engineering was earned.
