PaHnia Thao

PaHnia Thao has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. PaHnia began their career as a Staffing/Recruiting Assistant at Westphal Staffing. In 2006, they moved to Kelly HRfirst/American Express as a Sourcing Specialist and then to Kelly HRfirst/GE Money as a Hiring Logistics Specialist. In 2007, they joined Northcentral Technical College as an Executive Assistant to the President and then as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources & College Advancement and a Human Resources Assistant. In 2018, they began working at Connexus Credit Union as an HRIS & Payroll Analyst and a Human Resources Generalist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined John Neumueller - State Farm Insurance Agency as a Licensed Insurance Agent. In 2021, they began working as a Special Projects Manager at HAP (Hmong American Partnership).

Pahnia Thao obtained their Associates degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin Marathon in 2003. PaHnia then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and obtained their BA in Communication in 2005. In 2017, they obtained certification from The Chair Academy's Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute.
