Jon D. Ousley

Jon D. Ousley is an accomplished senior production supervisor with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving at HMS Mfg. Co. since February 2023, Jon has previously held key leadership roles at Republic Elite Multifamily Interiors as both value stream manager and production manager, and at Honeywell as ISC supervisor for production, utilities, and environmental units. Additional experience includes production coordinator at General Cable, plant manager at Enviva LP, and superintendent at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Jon holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University and Northeast Louisiana University.
