Joe Conti has a solid background in business development and account management. Joe started their career as a Shopper Marketing Intern at HMT Associates, Inc. in 2010. Joe then worked as a Team Accountant at UD Blackout Wear before returning to HMT Associates, Inc. as a Consumer and Customer Engagement Intern in 2012. Joe joined ITEL as a Budget Analyst/Lab Coordinator and later served as the Chief Organizing Officer at Epsilon Nu Tau Fraternity, Inc. In 2012, they became a Direct Sales Representative at PMC Dayton. Joe further expanded their skills in marketing and account coordination at News America Marketing as an Account Coordinator and an Account Associate on the Kroger Shopper Marketing Team. Joe gained experience in shopper marketing and gained a deep understanding of customer business strategies at Mondelēz International as a Shopper Marketing Manager for Kroger. Joe then rejoined HMT Associates, Inc. in various roles, starting as an Account Executive and then progressing to Senior Account Executive and Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at HMT Associates, Inc.
Joe Conti attended Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School from 2005 to 2009. Joe then went to the University of Dayton from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
