Mandi Kleppel

Mandi Kleppel started their work experience as a Marketing Intern at HMT Associates, Inc. in 2004. Mandi then moved up to become an Account Executive in 2011 and later an Account Supervisor in 2015. Finally, in June 2020, they became the Managing Director at HMT Associates, Inc. In addition to their role at HMT Associates, Inc., they also worked as a Budget Analyst at the University of Dayton from January 2008 to May 2011.

Mandi Kleppel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Dayton in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the same university from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they also became a Certified Public Accountant through the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
