Yosra Thabet, CPTD has extensive experience in learning and development. Yosra Thabet, is currently the Head of Learning and Development at HNI - Human Network International. Prior to this, they worked as an LD&D Senior Manager at Impact Learning and Development from November 2020 to December 2021. Yosra also served as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Bbusinesss - Learning and development solutions from September 2019 to October 2020.

Before that, Yosra worked at Landmark Group as the Learning and Development HC Egypt (Retail) from November 2013 to September 2019. Yosra Thabet, also held the role of Research And Development Manager at Medad Training and Development Organization (NGO) from February 2013 to May 2016, where they were responsible for designing and delivering various training programs.

Yosra's earlier experiences include working as Business Support at ITWorx from March 2012 to November 2013, as a Free Lance Trainer at M2 Construction from February 2012 to November 2013, and as a Free Lance Trainer at MBA Training and Consulting from April 2012 to July 2012.

Yosra Thabet, also held leadership positions at Berlitz Egypt/Westwood, where they worked as a Training Manager from March 2010 to March 2012, and at Berlitz Egypt, where they served as a Training Supervisor from December 2008 to March 2010. In their role as Training Supervisor, Yosra managed and trained instructors and trainers for the Integrated School Development Program (ISDP) for Heliopolis Association, a schools development initiative involving more than 500 schools and thousands of teachers and school heads.

Yosra Thabet, CPTD, has a diverse education history in various fields. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Cairo University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Yosra Thabet, also attended Victory College Maadi in Cairo, Egypt, from 1985 to 1999, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Art/Art Studies.

Yosra further enhanced their skills and knowledge through additional training programs. In 2007, they completed the TOT Course offered by the British Council. In 2008, they attended Cambridge Education Group and obtained training in the Cambridge International Diploma for Teaching and Training (CIDTT). Yosra Thabet, also participated in a Train the Trainer program at the British Council in 2009. Additionally, in 2010, they completed the TOT program at the Regional IT Institute (RITI).

Yosra's commitment to professional development led their to pursue certifications and further education. In 2012, they completed a Training Program for PMP Preparation at RITI. Yosra Thabet, also participated in the Dale Carnegie Training program in 2010, focusing on leadership and the Dale Carnegie Seminar (DCS). Moreover, they obtained certification as an Assessment and Development Center Associate Consultant from Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd (a&dc) in 2016.

In terms of higher education, Yosra pursued a CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) degree from The Association for Talent Development (ATD) from 2016 to 2019, with a focus on Training Delivery. This degree contributes to their expertise in the training and development field.
