Enjy Melad

Enjy Melad is a Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in instructional design and training program development. Currently employed at HNI since March 2024, Enjy assists in creating and updating training materials while supporting project development aligned with client needs. Previously, Enjy worked at Raya CX from February 2020 to February 2024, focusing on designing effective training programs and conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps. Additional experience includes roles as a Skills Trainer at Spirit Airlines and a Sales Trainer at Etisalat Business Services UAE. Enjy holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature from Cairo University, earned in May 2019.
