Dena Hlatky has over 15 years of experience as a results-oriented and engaging Human Resources Professional. In their role as Human Resources Director at HNI Corporation, they were responsible for improving recruiting, training and development, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Dena also excelled at managing multiple priorities and achieving talent management and business results. Additionally, they served as the Member & Community Relations Director at HNI Corporation.

At Groupe Canam / Canam Group, Dena Hlatky worked in Human Resources, specifically in the steel industry, designing and fabricating open-web joists and structural trusses for the U.S. market, as well as manufacturing steel bridges, structural bearings, and expansion joints for the highway, railway, and forestry industries.
