Kevin Hoban

Kevin Hoban has had a long and successful career in various leadership roles related to operations and manufacturing. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at HNI Corporation since March 2019. Prior to this, they held several Vice President roles at Lear Corporation, including Vice President of Structures Operations from November 2015 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the profit and loss of 9 Metal Structures Manufacturing Facilities with over $800 million in sales. Kevin also had leadership roles in global metals manufacturing systems and metals operations at Lear Corporation. Before joining Lear Corporation, Kevin held various positions in program management, quality, and business division management. Overall, they have extensive experience in managing manufacturing facilities, quality control, continuous improvement, and supply chain management.

Kevin Hoban received a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2008. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
