Lisa Brunie-McDermott

Lisa Brunie-McDermott has a diverse work experience that includes roles in corporate social responsibility, environmental and sustainability management, environmental engineering, program coordination, principal scientific work, staff analysis, and environmental management. Lisa has worked for notable organizations such as HNI Corporation, Cobham Mission Systems, Arconic, NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY), Hazen and Sawyer, and Canon USA.

Lisa Brunie-McDermott holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Systems Management from Pratt Institute, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In 2004, they participated in a Semester in Environmental Science program at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Leadership Development from Women Lead Change in 2021.
