David Wargo

David Wargo currently serves as the Borough Council President for the Borough of Summit Hill while also holding the position of Borough Councilman since January 2016. Wargo has extensive experience in local governance, overseeing budget planning, managing employees, and authoring legislation. In addition to public service, Wargo has a robust career in software engineering and database development, leading teams at HNL Lab Medicine and previously managing digital projects for Crayola. As President of the Summit Hill GAR Cemetery, Wargo oversees policies for a 12-acre cemetery. Wargo also owns Black Diamond Entertainment Company, providing event production and publishing services, and has contributed as a freelance journalist for the Times News since 2003. Wargo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
