Claire Fuller has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Claire began their career in 1997 as an Office Manager at ECS Group of Companies. Claire then worked as a Project Services Administrator at the Ministry of Social Development from 1998 to 2001. Following that, Claire joined Time Recruitment Services Ltd as a Personal Assistant to the Director & Team Administrator from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Claire started working at Experian, where they held various roles including Sales Ledger Analyst (2004-2007), Licensing Executive (2007-2011), and Licensing Manager (2011-2012).

In 2013, they worked briefly as a Strategic Operations Manager (Contract) at LinchPin Consulting Ltd before moving on to the Earthquake Commission. At the Earthquake Commission, Claire held the roles of Business Advisor (Contract) from September 2013 to April 2014, and later Senior Business Analyst (Contract) from April 2014 to August 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Claire worked as an Advisor (Contract) at the Ministry of Primary Industries. Claire then joined Hnry in 2017 as the COO and is currently serving in this role.

Claire Fuller holds a Bachelor of Tourism & Management with Commerce degree from Victoria University of Wellington. Claire attended the university from 1998 to 2001, studying Accounting, Economics, Commercial Law, and Management. Prior to their university education, Claire attended Queen Margaret College in Wellington, New Zealand from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a bursary. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA in July 2006.
