Angie H. is an experienced estimator and business intelligence analyst with a robust background in construction and data analysis. Currently serving as Estimator II at HNTB since June 2025, Angie previously held the role of Estimator at Structure Tone from April 2023 to May 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at CONALTURA S.A from January 2016 to November 2021, where Angie led cross-functional data projects, designed scalable analytical solutions using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, and developed cost estimation strategies. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Master's Degree in Visual Analytics & Big Data from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, and is currently enrolled in a Retraining Program for Immigrant Engineers at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
