Ginny Burcham

Ginny Burcham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction and engineering management. Currently serving as a Field Specialist at HNTB since April 2022, Burcham has held significant roles including Regional Director at Louis Berger Services and Manager of Construction and Maintenance at the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority. Additional experience includes positions at HNTB as Assistant Resident Engineer, Materials Manager, and Sr. Inspector, among others. Burcham began the career as a Technician and Inspector with firms such as Olver Inc. and VDOT. Educationally, Burcham holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University, completed between 1988 and 1992.
