Erin Flatter

Erin is a development specialist for JSD’s Development department. She takes care of all phases of the pre-development processes including administration and scheduling, as well as feasibility investigations which include code research, consultant identification, preliminary interviews, consultant request for proposals preparation, proposal management, and contract administration. She also carries out entitlement and permits research, completion of applications, management of project schedules, and coordination with architects, engineers, and various departments/disciplines, both internal to JSD and eternal clients.
