Hassan Nikzad

Hassan Nikzad is a Senior Project Engineer at HNTB, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Hassan served as the District Branch Chief and Senior Transportation Engineer at Caltrans from February 2001 to December 2019. Hassan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Portland State University, where studies took place from 1977 to 1980.
