Jamie Peterson

Jamie Peterson is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Managing Counsel, and Business Integrity Director at HNTB since June 2018. In this role, Jamie oversees the ethics and compliance program, manages the integrity hotline, and addresses conflicts of interest and gifts oversight, while also being a member of the information security task force. Prior experience includes substantial roles at AECOM, where Jamie fulfilled various leadership positions in project risk management and as chief counsel for key business lines, focusing on high-risk projects and client needs. Jamie's earlier career includes serving as Regional Counsel at URS Corporation and holding associate positions at DLA Piper and Steinhart & Falconer LLP. Jamie holds an AB in Geology from Princeton University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
