Joyce J. Khoury

Joyce J. Khoury, MBA, PE, PMP, currently serves as Section Manager and Team Leader in Engineering at HNTB, where responsibilities include acting as Design Build Procurement Manager for the Sounders Station Access Improvement Projects, overseeing the preparation of design build contract documents and coordinating with stakeholders. Previously, Joyce worked as a Transportation Engineer for the Washington State Department of Transportation, managing the schedule, budget, and scope for the SR9/SR 204 Intersection Improvement Project. Additionally, Joyce held the position of Senator for the College of Engineering and Architecture at Washington State University, advocating for student needs and exploring internship opportunities. Joyce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, an MBA from Purdue University, and an Associate's Degree in Communication from Whatcom Community College.
