Marshall Allen

Marshall Allen is a Project Manager I in the Transit + Mobility Division at HNTB since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in planning and landscape architecture. Prior roles include Planner I / Landscape Architect-in-Training at Confluence from January 2017 to July 2023 and a Visualization Intern for UN-Habitat, where contributions supported the publication of ‘The Quito Papers and the New Urban Agenda.’ Marshall Allen also gained professional experience through internships at the City of New York Department of City Planning, the City of Rochester Bureau of Planning and Zoning, and the Rochester Regional Community Design Center. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
