Warren Tasca

Warren Tasca is an experienced estimator with a comprehensive background in construction cost estimation and project management. Currently serving as Estimator III at HNTB since January 2024, Warren specializes in detailed cost estimates and the Cost Breakdown Structure. Previously, as Senior Estimator at Perryman Construction, responsibilities included preconstruction deliverables and collaboration on logistics and safety measures. Earlier experience includes senior estimator roles at Rycon Construction, Tutor Perini Building Corp, and Altran Engineering Solutions, where Warren led bid development, coordinated project estimations, and engaged in risk analysis. With over 15 years in the industry, Warren also has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Neumann University.
