William J. Birch

William J. Birch is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at HNTB in the Transportation Department since December 2018 and serves as Associate Vice President. With a distinguished career at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from April 1985 to December 2018, William held the position of Executive Regional Manager in the Division of Project Management, overseeing a team of over 38 professionals. Responsibilities included management of capital projects from concept through completion and leading design teams for Federal Aid Bridge and Roadway projects. William holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
